Your charitable sponsorship provides education and opportunity for young men during the summer months, helping them return to school in the fall ready to succeed!

DIRECTOR - $15,000

ADVOCATE - $3,000

SUPPORTER - $250

sponsors swimming lessons for 5 students

Camp NorthStar is 8 weeks long, 5 days a week, from 7:30am – 5pm. This year, Camp NorthStar will serve over 250 boys daily in grades 3-9, and employs 15 high school interns.

Why does this matter? Camp NorthStar is designed to effectively bridge the gap across otherwise risky months away from school for young men in North Omaha. Camp NorthStar has an established record of preventing summer learning loss: ensuring our boys maintain key reading and math competencies and return to school on track in the fall.
